I’m seaside bred, yet urban based

and because of the situation that arose

from Covid I have realised, and come to

understand, the personal benefits I

received, from growing up by a seaweed-rich

coast.

I want to pass these benefits on so that my

urban based family and in fact all families

can access seaweed-rich air
